Had my first appointment and had such an awesome experience. I had serious anxiety going in, bc dentists just tend to be scary. But when I say they went above and beyond, I mean it. My dental hygenist was very sweet and patient with me. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything in detail to me and my husband who was allowed to stay in the room with me. She explained how to properly brush my teeth to prevent the plaque buildup I've been having. They provided a lavender towel to help with my anxiety. Everyone was so friendly and kind!!! And it didn't feel like a dentist office at all!! It was so open and modern!!! And our lil nook felt very cozy with a cute window seat with a blanket. I'm blabbering but I just can't get over what a positive experience I had!! Can't recommend enough!!

I had my first visit here today, and I have had bad experiences at other dentists so I was having a lot of anxiety. Everyone was great from the receptionist to the dentist. I look forward to working with them to improve my smile and my dental health.

My first time here, just a routine cleaning. Judy my hygienist was outstanding, I've had great before but she went beyond by helping me really understand the process, the pitfalls and possible outcomes. Dr. Charles exam was concise, caring, and Confirmative.

I'm a new patient to this office. I've had 2 appointments- 1 cleaning and one filling- both times everyone was great. Minimal waiting in the waiting room. Everything runs efficiently. They offer you care items and frequently ask if you are doing ok. I work in Anderson and was looking for a dentist that would be more convenient to work. So glad I chose this one!

Had my first appointment today and this was the nicest dentist office I have ever visited. From the time I walked in til the time I left I felt welcomed and that is really hard to come by nowadays. My dental hygienist name was Judy and she was so nice. I was nervous at first but she talked to me every step of the way letting me know what she was doing and why. I would recommend this office to everyone!!!

This was my first time using Progrin and it was a great experience. Judy, who cleaned my teeth and did the xrays, is amazing! She took her time, explained things that I didn't know that would help, was very patient with me and was gentle, but thorough, with the scraping.

Had a wonderful consultation with their team this week! I’ve got severe dental anxiety and they were so patient and kind. They even have a comfort menu they offer to patients to give you options to enhance your experience and calm your nerves. Cannot wait to come back and work through my treatment plan! Judy and Avery were especially kind and made my experience great.
