Professional and friendly staff. They always check with your insurance ahead of time to make sure everything that needs to be done is covered. ProGrin had a cancellation and sent me a text to offer me the appointment. As I had a possible dental issue, I was relieved to get in earlier. Thankfully, I was okay but it was a major relief to find out there wasn't a problem.
My family and I absolutely love the entire staff at ProGrin. I have never looked forward to going to any dentist, but now I actually do. They are totally transparent and upfront on what they feel needs to be done and why. They are the absolute best and we will go nowhere else!
