My 92 yr old mom has been going to Dr Ayer's for a long time. She absolutely loves him. He is very personable, kind and takes good care of her. Today, my mom saw Dr Jackson. He was very kind, knowledgeable and handled her with care. I was impressed at his patience and how he explained everything well. Joann, our Dental Assistant, was fantastic. She took her time with mom and put her at ease. I had my baby yorkie with me and she even accommodated her as well. Dr Ayer's came in and gave mom a hug and chatted with us for a bit. Great people!
This was my first appointment with ProGrin. Every member of the staff was professional and kind. Dr. Wagner took the time to review my x-rays, discuss options, and answer questions. The environment was relaxed, and comfortable. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Outstanding dental practice!
Dental work make you nervous? Same. Once we go to anything beyond a cleaning, I'm a wreck. Went in for a small procedure and told the hygienist I was feeling very anxious. She immediately turned on some soothing music, the TV with one of those snowy mountain cabin scenes, whipped out a blanket, and then.. the coup de grâce.. Barley! The in house therapy dog owned by Dr. Peek herself. This office has cozy dental down to a science. And as an anxious patient, I could not be more grateful!
First visit to work with Dr. Constantine and his staff. Could not have been more pleased; Dr. Constantine worked with me through several issues I had and showed nothing but patience and professionalism. Everyone in this office made me feel comfortable and right at home - from check in to check out. Thank you so much for excellent care Dr. Constantine, Kathy, Stephanie, Jose and Sarah. I'll be back!
ProGrin was an absolute amazing experience for both me and my kids! The staff is all so sweet and they took great care of my kids, from making sure they were comfortable to giving them a goodie bag when they left. My kids talked about how much they loved this dentist over our other dentist the whole way home... and we live almost an hour from the dentist lol. ProGrin has definitely won use over!! Thank you for being so awesome!
I am someone who dreads going to the dentist. I just had my new patient visit, cleaning, and exam and I have to say it was the best dental experience of my life. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure my comfort and care was their number one priority. Brittany gave me a phenomenal cleaning and took her time explaining everything and discussing my specific needs, as did my dentist. What a great team! They go above and beyond and I recommended them to my daughter and son in law.
I had to have a crown on one of my teeth and went in yesterday to begin the process. I was nervous but Dr Gray and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. I had ZERO pain with the procedure. Dr Gray was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. His assistant Crystal was great as well. The office is very clean and well run. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. 5 stars!
Highly recommend, 10/10! Nice modern office. Warm, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. My son and I just started going here and we have both had great experiences. Dr. Bear is great. Came to him knowing I had a cracked/broken molar which needed a root canal and crown. He referred me to a local endontist and then Dr. Bear created me a beautiful crown! My son had a cleaning with Chelsea and exam with Dr. Bear. They praised him for having no cavities! Great experiences.
I had a wonderful experience at ProGrin after not seeing any dentist for a while. The office is clean and inviting. The staff members were kind and helpful. The comfort menu options were something I feel really sets them apart from other practices. My hygienist, Gena, was amazing and explained everything she was doing while going through my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and did a fabulous job! Even though ProGrin has many locations, it feels more like a family practice. I didn't feel like just another number. If you're looking to switch dentists, do it! ProGrin Woodruff is fantastic.
