I had my first appointment at ProGrin Riverside. Starting at the check-in, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. You even get a complimentary item to choose from (I chose neck pillow). Pam and Dr. Rhoden were extraordinarily nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Looking forward to my next visit!
I went there on an emergency basis. My regular dentist was away. The staff was welcoming and Dr. Rhoden is a good listener and also he explains things in a way that is thorough and understandable. He is very sociable and made me feel like I was a regular patient.
My family and I absolutely love the entire staff at ProGrin. I have never looked forward to going to any dentist, but now I actually do. They are totally transparent and upfront on what they feel needs to be done and why. They are the absolute best and we will go nowhere else!
