At ProGrin Dental of Greenville we love our patients. We strive to deliver the perfect patient experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We love to make every patient feel comfortable and welcomed when they come to our office.
We treat each of our patients like they are family and love to learn about you, but first, here is some information about us.
Dr. Greg Ayers, Clinical Director co-founder of ProGrin Dental.
He was born in Indiana and married his sweet southern belle. He’s been a true southerner ever since. He has four grown boys and one granddaughter. They enjoy spending time fishing, playing golf, chilling with the family on the lake.
Dr. Ayers began his practice in 1983 in Greenville. He was a graduate and teaching mentor at the NASH institute for cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Additionally, he co-authored the book called The Service Prescription, and he enjoys sharing his passion for delivering service excellence.
He has lectured on the magic of service excellence across the country. He loves getting his team involved in community events around the upstate and giving back to the community. For example, Dr. Ayers hosts a Leadership forum every year called Live 2 Lead with the John Maxwell company.
His passion is to be more than just a dentist. His passion is to develop tomorrow’s leaders in the community, and his employees — one smile at a time. (One of Dr. Ayers’ favorite sayings because he loves to smile himself).
Dr. Abellana, Dentist

He loves working out at the gym, trying as many new restaurants as possible, and of course his wonderful wife. Sushi and pizza top his list of favorite foods. When the weather is beautiful, you can find him at the beach, lake, or pool!
Dr. Jackson, Dentist
Dr. Weston Jackson, a native of Greenville, SC, brings a deep connection to the community he serves. After graduating from Presbyterian College, where he excelled as an All-American baseball player, Dr. Jackson played his last year of eligibility at Clemson University, while attending graduate school. Dr. Jackson then went on to dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina. Following graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC, where he developed specialized skills in third molar extractions, dental implants, and IV sedation. Now, he has the unique privilege of practicing in the same office where he was once a patient of Dr. Ayers, making his role in the Greenville office especially meaningful.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Jackson is committed to giving back, regularly volunteering at the Greenville Free Dental Clinic. A recent “girl dad,” he cherishes time with his wife, Ellison, and their daughter, Maves. When he’s not with his family, Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in activities like working out, fishing, and hunting. His passion for dentistry, combined with his love for his hometown, allows him to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of his patients.
