Since Dr. Constantine opened Constantine Dental in 2015, they have been blessed with the opportunity to serve thousands of people. Anyone that knows them knows how passionate they are about dentistry.
“Every day I’m grateful for the opportunity to improve not only the health of my patients but, in some way, make a positive difference that will impact the rest of their lives. It is very rewarding to give a person a smile they deserve. I do this in hopes that they will share their smile with others because I see daily the positive impact a smile can have. At the end of the day, our goal has always been that patients know they are being treated by a skilled and caring team that has their best interests at heart.
Our practice has grown tremendously over the years thanks to the loyalty and trust that you have in me and my team. As the practice grew, I realized that the administrative responsibilities of operating a practice and business of this size were becoming greater and greater. It became clear that I needed to find a solution that would support the continued growth in the number of patients seeking our care, create opportunities for our team members, and free up time to do what I love most—practice dentistry. After months of prayer and lots of meetings, we are very excited to announce that Constantine Dental has partnered with ProGrin Dental!
I chose to partner with ProGrin Dental because of our cultural alignment and their award-winning reputation in the Upstate. ProGrin Dental has been recognized as the Best Dental Practice in the Upstate as well as one of South Carolina’s Top Workplaces. This partnership will allow us to provide an even higher level of care for our patients. We believe this partnership will provide numerous benefits for our patients, including a larger team of skilled dental professionals, more in-network insurance options, and the opportunity to take advantage of the latest dental techniques and technologies. This not only allows me to focus solely on practicing dentistry, but it also provides Trish and me more time to spend together outside the office and the opportunity for her to focus on her professional goals. It also gives my wonderful team access to enhanced employee benefits and greater growth opportunities. We are confident that this merger will allow us to serve the needs of our patients better and provide an even higher level of care. Thank you for your continued trust in our practice. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment and sharing more about the exciting changes to come.”

Dr. Richard Constantine, Dentist
Dr. Constantine is originally from Uniontown, Pennsylvania, about 45 miles south of Pittsburgh. He and his beautiful wife, Trish, met during their sophomore year at Ohio University. Three weeks prior to starting dental school, they got married, and they haven’t looked back. Outside of the office, you can find him in the gym or involved in almost anything sports related. On weekends, you can find Trish and Dr. Constantine enjoying a good dinner downtown with friends or seeking new adventures wherever their travels may take them.
Dr. Constantine has a passion for implant dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation. He feels that continuing education is an integral part of being a dentist. Each year he pursues many hours of continuing education, broadening his skills and knowledge. One of the things he enjoys most about his profession is that no day is the same. Each day brings new challenges. These challenges allow me to use the skills I’ve developed and encourage me to continue to learn so that I’m able to provide the care that my patients need and deserve.
“I’m very thankful that I have the opportunity to be a dentist. Each day I have the opportunity to improve not only the health of my patients but in some cases, I’m able to make a positive difference for a patient that will impact the rest of their life. Every day I look forward to seeing a patient that has been reluctant to come to the dentist because of a previous bad experience or a patient that is unhappy with their smile. It is very rewarding to be able to give that person a smile they deserve. I do this in hopes that they will share that smile with others. I see daily the positive impact that a smile can have. At the end of the day, I want my patients to know that they are being treated by a team that has their best interests at heart.”
